Paginini Classic Desserts
Our partner located in County Wexford in Ireland began making ice cream to a classic Italian recipe on its own dairy farm. The process used in the production of ice cream has been developed in the manufacture of its cheesecake range we offer. The cheesecake mix is pastuerised, homogenised and aerated under controlled conditions, resulting in a smooth light texture which brings out the full flavour of the cheese. This is then combined with the ingredients we choose to delight the senses.
For our pies and crumbles we buy the best Bramley apples grown in Ireland. These apples combined with an Irish butter pastry result in the best product imaginable.
